Summary
During my time at FAIR Consulting Group, I was involved in the digital transformation of Incitec Pivot Fertilisers' business. My responsibility was to design a customer portal and an internal employee portal, covering end-to-end business processes from quote, contract, and order to scheduling.Throughout the project, I worked closely with functional leads, developers, and business analysts to ensure the technical feasibility of the solution and translate requirements into user flows and prototypes. During each sprint, I facilitated design review sessions with clients to solicit feedback and inform the next iteration of designs.
Challenges
- Automate transactions for small-volume quotes, contracts & orders

Key Achievements
- Led UX design of both customer and internal employee portals, binding multiple systems and points of view into designs.
- Analysed and delivered 300+ user stories in 12 sprints.
- Coached and worked with 2 UX design interns to improve the design handoff process with developers.
